The two tools most people reach for, Keepa and Camelcamelcamel, do not cover Best Buy. Keepa's own site says it tracks over 7 billion Amazon products. Camelcamelcamel describes itself as a free Amazon price tracker. Both are excellent and both are Amazon only by design. For Best Buy you need something else, and the useful part is not the chart itself, it is what Best Buy's own price match policy lets you do once you have it.

Be clear about what each of these is for. If you are buying on Amazon, use Keepa or Camelcamelcamel, they are better at that than anything else including us. Honey and Karma are checkout extensions, so they help at the moment you buy but do not give you a page you can look up beforehand. Google Shopping will watch a listing for you but does not show you what the thing has actually cost over time.
What OzSavers does that none of those do is publish a browsable price history for Best Buy products that you can check without installing anything.

A percentage off tells you almost nothing. The listed original price is whatever the retailer says it is, and on a lot of products it is a number the item has not sold at in months. A 45 percent discount off an inflated original is worse than 15 percent off a real one.
What price history tells you is different: what this exact product has actually cost, and where today sits against that. A price at or near its recorded low is a real deal. A big percentage off a list price the item never sells at is marketing.
That is the whole reason to look at a chart before buying rather than a badge.

This is the most useful thing in this article and most people do not know it.
Best Buy will match its own price drop. If you buy something and Best Buy cuts the price while you are still inside your return window, you can ask for the difference. That effectively turns your return window into price protection: 15 days as standard, 60 days for My Best Buy Plus and Total members.
So the practical use of a price tracker at Best Buy is not only deciding when to buy. It is checking again a few days later, because if it dropped and you are still inside the window, that difference is yours to claim.
Two limits. It does not apply during Black Friday week, when the policy excludes anything on sale from the Thursday before Thanksgiving through the Monday after, which is 19 to 30 November 2026. And it never applies to open box, clearance or refurbished stock.
